Patricia is known for her wide range of design sensibilities, always mindful of the needs of the client, the architectural aspects, and the delicate balance of form and function. She brings her artistic eye and acute visual sense to every project, resulting in harmonious, beautiful spaces. Patricia’s distinct use of reclaimed materials and artful touches create a unique balance of beauty and comfort.

Patricia Giffen Design works on a variety of residential projects, including remodels, new construction, space planning, organizational consulting, as well as custom styling to locate the perfect accessories and finishing touches. Patricia is currently working on projects throughout the Monterey Peninsula and the San Francisco Bay Area.

In her spare time Patricia loves antiquing, and delights in the “thrill of the hunt” at unique shops and flea markets throughout the West. She has a great sense of community and serves on the board of the Youth Arts Collective in Monterey. Her family includes her husband, Jon, daughter, Claire, and beagle, Lucy.
